Review your quote
APEX aims to respond to your quote request within 2 business days. Accept or decline the preliminary quote online.
Mail or meet
If you accept, we send written mailing instructions or agree on an on-site visit for a qualifying collection. We inspect and confirm the final price.
Get paid
After you accept the final offer, APEX aims to initiate payment within 72 hours. Larger collections needing additional inspection or authentication can take up to 7 business days. Your bank or payment app may take longer to post the funds.
The first quote is preliminary; the final price follows inspection. Large collections may need more inspection time. Do not ship before written instructions. Shipping, insurance, returns, and payment terms.
